Pleated filter sits on the back of the Dirt Tank of the Hard Floor Expert Cordless Vacuum Cleaner – Series 2001. It is recommended to change out filters with new after 6 to 8 months of use depending on how often it is used and how often the filter is cleaned. Dirty filters will restrict the suction power of the machine. Clean filters will keep the suction power at optimal levels.
