Castelli uses windproof and waterproof Polartec® NeoShell® across the front of the jacket and over the upper sleeves. This prevents heat-robbing windchill and will shrug off a sudden rain shower or persistent drizzle. Meanwhile, the back is made from Nano Flex Light woven fabric. This material’s key attribute is its breathability, preventing cold sweat build-up when you’re applying more intensity or temperatures climb. Being splashproof it will also keep road spray from causing discomfort. Castelli tailors the Beta with a race-bred fit, perfect for fast autumn and spring rides and smooth efficiency when tackling rolling terrain.
