White Wine by Tyler Winery from Central Coast, California. Fresh and juicy! Each year we describe the Dierberg chardonnay as lucid andtransparent with 2017 being no different. This vineyard site, situated in thesouth-west quadrant of the Santa Maria AVA, consists of sandy loam soilsfrom ancient sand dunes that once were part of the sea floor. These powdery, Garey series sandy loam soils lend to a vibrant style of chardonnay thatis light on its feet with notes of honeysuckle, mint, kaffir lime and a longmineral finish.
