The integrated heel-cup features both an anti-slip grip and an anti-tendonitis shape for an exceptional foothold and total comfort as you apply the power. EPS Carbon Power Sole 8.0The carbon/nylon composite construction of the EPS Carbon Power Sole 8.0 creates a stiff platform through which to apply your power to the pedals, However, rated at 8 out of 12 for stiffness, it still has enough spring to provide comfort over long cycling distances. Support in the plantar arch area keeps the foot stable throughout the pedal stroke while 5 air vents provide cooling airflow to the sole.
