Red Wine by Adelaida from Central Coast, California. This vintage of Pinot Noir shows a wonderful array of bright red fruits and earthy tones. Bing Cherries, raspberry and dried cranberries mingle with hints of California Sagebrush, wet river rock, and Poricini Mushroom. The balance of alcohol and acid is tied together by the mild tannin structure that will allow for easy drinking now or, if you can wait, the ability to age for 3 to 5 years.
