On the palate, notes of vanilla and sweet spice from the oak aging underscore flavors of juicy black cherries and plums. Overall, the wine is elegant with a lingering finish and a bright acidity. This Cabernet would pair very well with steaks and chops of all kinds, roasts served with Port wine sauce, and hard cheeses like farmhouse cheddars. Blend: 90% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Cabernet Franc
