White Wine by Bouchard Aine & Fils from Burgundy, France – regions. The 2015 Meursault shows a bright golden yellow color with green tints. Open on the nose, it displays woody aromas accompanied by vanilla, toast, russet apples and hazelnuts. A smooth, fat and generous mouth, with the minerality of the terroir, dried fruits, citrus fruits and a lot of elegance. Ideal with veal blanquettes, poultry or fish in a cream sauce, Lyon saveloy in brioche.
