After extended barrel and bottle aging, this Classic Pinot Noir delivers a beautiful bouquet of violets, sweet oak, red fruit and a hint of cola. On the palate, there are notes of cherries, rose hips, and allspice. This Pinot Noir finishes wonderfully balanced, pairing well with a wide variety of foods: salmon, duck, ham, and filet mignon.
