On the palate, it exudes blueberry cobbler, with mineral tones highlighting the freshness of the vintage. The mountain nature of this blend is shown in the tannin profile; it’s refined with a boisterous edge. The elegant finish is dominated by dark chocolate and currant. It will age gracefully for 10-15 years.
