White Wine by Guy Amiot from Burgundy, France – regions. This Chassagne-Montrachet 1er Les Caillerets is an iconic wine. Neighboring their own house, this plot was purchased when the Domaine was founded by Arsene Amiot. Partly replanted 30 years ago, it still incarnates their Chassagne white wines thanks to a great location (terroir). High in the Chassagne hill, on a dominantly limestony soil, facing the South-East, Les Caillerets bear a rich aromatic potential with powerful exotic fruit flavors and an elegant mineral line.
