This unique piece of land thrives in the cool, maritime influences that funnel in from the Pacific Ocean, allowing for a long, cool growing season. This Rose of Pinot Noir has pronounced aromas of white peach, strawberry, and citrus. The palate is medium-bodied, with balancing and refreshing acidity, leading to a finish that expresses watermelon and grapefruit. On the palate, the wine has a density and weight to it that gives a luxurious mouthfeel with more flavors of red fruit, earth, and a savory quality that demands another.
