Rosé Wine by Westwood Winery from Central Coast, California. This wine opens with intense muddled strawberries and ripe red fruits, followed by a distinct stone fruit component of peach and nectarine. The first sip is utter bliss and reveals more red fruit bursting across the palate, followed by a bright acidity and lingering finish of grapefruit rind and perhaps a little confectionary note. Great with all summer activities but try this with spicy Korean tacos or smoky barbeque for a unique pairing.
