Description
Red Wine by Bruna Grimaldi from Piedmont, Italy. Deep ruby red color. Intense aromas of red fruits, raspberries, sour cherries with graphite and menthol notes on the nose. On the palate it is rich and concentrated, mineral and fresh. This freshness gives it longevity and makes it a versatile wine in terms of food pairing. It pairs well with rich starters, baked fish, cod, pasta all’uovo with meat sauce (Bolognese), red and white meet (roasted chicken, braised lamb, duck), matured cheese. Serving temperature: 60-64°F.
