Our bumper does not just look great; it is functional, easy to install and tough as nails. it is fabricated using USA Grade 3/16 inch Steel Plate, laser cut, CNC formed, robotically welded, and hand finished by craftsmen. The D-Ring mounts are 5/8 inch Thick Steel Plate and welded solid front and back so they can be used as recovery points. Our rear bumper includes a gusseted 2 inch hitch receiver that is fully welded front and back for strength. We also include two frame tie-in brackets for added strength during recovery or pulling on the bumper (Frame tie-in brackets only fit 97-06 Models). All bumpers receive a thorough zinc phosphate rinse and cleaning, and then are E-Coated and Powder Coated with an all-weather grade smooth black powder coat. Made to accept our modular Tire Carrier Assembly #HYL250.200.120 which can be added at any time.
