Red Wine by Mueller from Central Coast, California. Each year the winemaker consistently tastes their wines from barrels, generally when barrels are topped, evaluating them for aromatics, flavors and texture. Emily’s Cuvee is a blend of their finest vineyards with precise percentages from each vineyard, obtained by extensive (and very enjoyable) blending trials. The goal with Emily’s Cuvee is to produce a wine that is very generous in fruity aromatics, rich in flavors yet with a gentle softness and fullness on the palate that makes the wine so immensely and immediately enjoyable.
