The nose is intense and complex, with notes of tropical fruit and bone, such as peach, citrus touches, and pleasant herbaceous notes. In the mouth, it is fine and elegant, with a very balanced passage, with slight bitter nuances. It has a long finish with herbaceous notes. It pairs very well with appetizers, fish-based dishes, fideua, rice, pasta, smoked, soft and creamy cheeses, white meats.
