Description
Red Wine by Sanglier Cellars from Sonoma County, California. One of Glen’s friends smelled this wine and said it reminded him of the spices he always smells at home during Christmas season. Glen’s first impression was the wonderful perfume notes of wild cherry and violets. Certainly the cherry is the star on the palate, but this wine also offers subtle layers of strawberry and pomegranate. Smooth and well balanced the slightly dry gentle tannins are a great finish to a sip of wine.
