Ripe blueberry, dark anise and woodsy notes, a hint of bright raspberry and a touch of sweet herbals show both in the aromas as well as the flavors of this lively blend. Somewhat lighter than the Cabernet in structure, the wine shows its composition with hints of sweet bay leaf and dried cherry on the finish. Full bodied, round silkiness, elegant and restrained.
